Prior to starting Behind the Scenes Bookkeeping, Erin Ilisco spent over 20 years building experience as an employee of small to midsize businesses in various industries in the PA and NJ region. Taking on an accounting assistant position right out of high school, she worked her way up the ranks to head bookkeeper and accounting manager roles, learning all aspects of bookkeeping and accounting while building a reputation for integrity, dedication and producing high-quality work.
From working with multiple small businesses and startups, Erin has grown a fondness for them and their owners’ unwavering grit and thoroughly enjoys teaming up with them to bolster their success. With the launching of Behind the Scenes Bookkeeping, she is now able to support many more business owners by providing the same invaluable level of services that she has been for decades.
